The Hartwood Inn begins its 2019 capital raise campaign on February 14th…get ready to rock your world.
We fund in a new opportunistic property acquisitions in our funding campaign this year.
Social Capital can be described in one simple term: Triple Bottom Line
First, we’ll tackle the topic of how corporations need to pitch into three important things:
- Shareholder Benefits/Returns, Return on Investment as ROI stacks up against the company’s social values.
- Employee Benefits, For example: Living Wage, continuing education, and access to emergency INTEREST-FREE loans, and
- Community Benefits, which is specific to every company – We like to stop hunger and coop with charities to help the widows, orphans, and help stop the tide of drug abuse.
Social goals are as important as the ROI to Sharerholders.
And ROI can only exist when the employees are motivated, the market growth is accelerated, and the management team has a bunch of experience.
